I work with the whole of you — from the smallest daily habits to the deepest currents of spirit. We can begin with simple, practical shifts: how you nourish your body, organize your day, or create space for yourself. And we can move just as naturally into the subtle layers of energy, emotion, and soul, uncovering clarity, guidance, and alignment that ripple into every part of your life. This is a practice that is both healing and practical, playful and profound — a full-spectrum approach where insight meets action, and transformation is felt in your body, your mind, and your spirit.

In order to receive all the benefits from this work, you need to be fully committed to your unfolding. Equal energetic and dependable exchange is required for the sharing of these services. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated, no refunds are given. Please note that once booked and paid, sessions cannot be refunded. Please be present at your scheduled time. Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled. Thank you!
