Empowering Authentic Feminine Wisdom through Rites of Passages and Creative Containers with just enough Structure for you to feel held
I've been crafting spiritual trainings since 2015 and before that assisted in refining collegiate chemistry programs to better help students learn this complex subject. People learn by doing, yet many spiritual trainings are designed in the traditional masculine "hero's journey" framework of pushing way beyond the body's limits. I was fortunate enough to learn from a wise crone who studied feminine spirituality for decades and shared her practices of authentic feminine wisdom with me during our trainings.

My offerings create a container for people to shine their own authentic feminine wisdom and to recognize and nurture it. My trainings are based in the belief that we each have our own spiritual wisdom within us, and that true fulfillment and empowerment come from understanding the language of our soul and listening to where we are feeling guided.

I could tell many stories about how this has looked in my life and the lives of those I work with.
​
Here is a short story that examplifies embodied feminine spiritual wisdom: I was in Paris in 2018 and had the intention of finding a "Goddess Necklace" while traveling for three weeks. On our second to last day, we were riding to lunch when we passed a shop that had the most unique displace of clothing, hung up in the wisdom as if being worn by ghosts. Our lunch spot was at least 9 blocks away, by zig-zag. I wanted to see if I could find this shop because I had a feeling this necklace was there. After lunch I started walking. I stopped at every intersection I came to and felt into which direction would take me to this shop. After about 20 minutes of turning left, or right, or going forward, I found this special shop! But upon walking around this spot I didn't see any necklace. I almost left when I overheard one of the women working there telling someone else to check out their downstairs selection. I followed them down there and found a beautiful Andean hand-made "Goddess Necklace". Years later I would receive the Munay-Ki rites, sacred Andean shamanic rites as part of my Priestess training. Further weaving the magic of finding this necklace into my life.
I share this story because I found this shop by listening to my feelings and listening to my wisdom within. This is a great example of embodied authentic feminine wisdom. Perhaps you want to find a "Goddess Necklace" or to run into someone who you needed to meet or to find the next place your are going to live or something else. I've found houses, cars, jobs, friends and more by listening to my authentic feminine wisdom. And it is my greatest joy to create containers that invite one's feminine wisdom to shine.

Over the course of this training, you will receive...

12 modules of activities, each one designed to take 1 month to complete.​

Each module is focused on a specific theme, and all activities relate to that theme. The themes are structured around the creative process.​

Each module will be shared on the 1st of the month, with a downloadable PDF option of you to take with you on all your adventures.

12 one-on-one calls with Emma to go deeper into each module accompanied with written feedback.

3 Rites of Passages that follow the feminine principles of transformation.

9 independent creative projects of your choosing that align with the theme of that month.

1 final independent creative project of your choosing that encapsulates that wisdom you've received through this training.

3-5 creative practices and nature activities that support you in living a healthy life each month. (That equates to over 50 different practices and activities shared with you!).

Deep wisdom and knowing about your own personal creative process and how to apply this to your life once this training is complete.

What do the WFW Modules & 1-on-1 sessions look like?

On the 1st of each month, you’ll receive an email with a password to access that month’s module.

Move through the module and its activities at your own pace throughout the month. You decide when and how to engage.

During the month, you’ll have a 1-on-1 spiritual mentorship call with Emma for deeper learning, personalized tools, and richer wisdom.

On the last day of the month, email your written reflections and completed activities. This helps keep you accountable and engaged.

Before your next call, you’ll receive your module back with your insights highlighted and personalized, attraction-based feedback from Emma.
